It's not a new concept, but it something I struggle with a lot. As a morning person, my motivation tanks after dinner. Some nights its all I can do to wash my face and brush my teeth...and I'm supposed to clean the kitchen...I hate it.
But, when I wake up with a clean kitchen, it makes a WORLD of difference in my mood and motivation and it helps me to keep the kitchen clean all day.
So I challenge you to clean your kitchen before bed tonight and see if it helps you tomorrow. I will do it too.
