Kitchen Tip Wednesday: Prep Everything Early

Everyone always says to prep all your veggies when you bring them home because then you will be able to use them easily. And we all know that the easier it is to eat or use something, the more likely we are to reach for it.

Last week, I did this. I washed and chopped all of my veggies and fruits. And I used them!

Bonus tip: Use a salad spinner to dry washed fruit and veggies.
