Motivational Monday: Progress is Progress

So many times when people are working toward a goal and they plateau...they quit. I'm totally guilty of this too!
So many times over the years, I have quit my "get healthy" program because the weight did not just melt away. For the past 15 months, I have been focusing on creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I've lost a few more pounds since my initial weight loss...but I haven't gained weight back. Which is a huge win for me.
It is so important to remember that progress is progress, even if it is slow.
